Step-by-step

1 Package your gold securely

Use a tamper-proof envelope (recommended). If using a box, keep it compact and well padded. Include your name and email inside the parcel so we can identify it quickly.

2 Post using Royal Mail Special Delivery

We strongly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. Choose the correct insurance cover for your parcel’s value, and keep your receipt and tracking number.

3 Submit your parcel details

Fill out the short form with your name, email, and tracking number (if available). This helps us match your parcel as soon as it arrives.

4 We test & confirm your offer

We primarily test using XRF machines (non-invasive). In some cases, we may need to file or cut items to confirm purity — we only do this where necessary.

5 You accept → we pay (same day)

Once you accept the offer, payment is made by UK bank transfer the same day (during banking hours).

6 If you don’t accept

If you decide not to accept the offer, we’ll return your items. A £15 return fee applies to cover testing and return postage.
