Visit our free-pack request page and enter your name, contact details and delivery address. Requesting a pack is free and does not commit you to selling anything.
Request your free pack2 Receive your pack and complete the form Add your details and tell us what you are sending.
Your pack contains the information and form needed to send your gold to us. Complete the enclosed form so we can identify your parcel and contact you when it arrives.
3 Securely package your gold Place your items and completed form inside the pack.
Place your items inside the secure pack with the completed form. Make sure everything is sealed securely and that loose items cannot move around or become damaged during delivery.
4 Return it using Royal Mail Special Delivery Choose compensation suitable for your parcel’s value.
Take the sealed parcel to a Post Office and send it using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Select suitable compensation cover for the value of the items and keep your tracking number, receipt and proof of postage.
5 We receive, weigh and test your gold Professional XRF analysis confirms the purity.
Once your parcel arrives, we identify it using the enclosed form, record the weight and professionally test the items using XRF analysis.
You can watch the testing before accepting your offer. XRF is normally non-invasive, although additional testing may sometimes be required to confirm plated, filled or unusual items.
6 Receive your final offer The offer is based on confirmed purity and weight.
After testing, we provide your final no-obligation offer. The amount is calculated using the confirmed gold content, recorded weight and the payout rate locked when your parcel is received and testing begins.
7 Accept the offer and get paid Payment is made by UK bank transfer.
When you accept the offer, payment is sent by UK bank transfer. Your eligible standard postage reimbursement is added to your payment when supported by the required receipt.
8 Decline the offer and receive your items back You remain free to say no after testing.
If you decline the offer, your items will be returned to you. Your original postage is not reimbursed and you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to your address.
